Dill Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the perfect oil to saute salmon or in a creamy aioli for potato salad. A beautifully aromatic oil, it is also great in salad dressings (create a vinaigrette with our White Wine Vinegar and Dijon mustard) or for roasting potatoes.  

Tarragon is the "King of Herbs," considered by the French and you will, too, after using this classic, aromatic extra virgin olive oil. It's licorice-like essence is captured beautifully to help enhance the flavor of chicken, lasagna and fish dishes.  

Parmesan, Garlic and Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a great flavor combination. Try on pasta, in a risotto or as a bread dipping oil. Chef Mark J prepared salmon, smoked turkey breast and quiche using Parmesan, Garlic & Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  

Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastes like blood oranges and is great on salads, especially when used with our Traditional Balsamic. Use in place of the oil in any recipe for a hint of orange flavor. Add a new twist to Asian cooking or use to sauté salmon or scallops.

Our Traditional Style Dark Balsamic Vinegar comes from Modena it is so smooth you could sip it after dinner. Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruit, or as a dessert sauce for vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Makes a great marinade or a fabulous finish on salmon.
